Requirements to apply:
-You are Self-Driven. The only motivation you need is getting the job, your performance is built off an inner drive to be a winner and pride in what you do.
-Accountability is something you enjoy, to make sure we are all rowing in the same direction and winning.
-You have at minimum a Carpentry Trade Qualification
-Preferred high end experience and back yourself to produce quality
-You do whatever it takes to produce and be successful
-You enjoy the team environment, getting feedback, supporting others and contributing to the team culture
-You’ve got a clear understanding of OH&S obligations within the building industry
-Average is a word that you don’t associate with, you’re always taking immediate action, owning the facts and being part of the solution
